Revolutionary Craft Reading Group

Join us for the reboot of Revolutionary Craft Reading Group for the new year!

We're diving back in after a break over the holidays, but we're back with William Morris' "News From Nowhere" this Wednesday, February 5.

We'll meet from 6:30-8:30 pm at Tamarack to discuss the first five chapters of Morris' utopian novel. Reading is linked below.

Tamarack will be open during reading group hours, so you're welcome to grab a snack or a drink for the discussion. If you don’t see us downstairs, we’ll be sitting upstairs, whichever is warmer!

Revolutionary Craft Night - CANCELED

So sorry to say craft night is canceled this month. Stay tuned for next month, and join us Dec 4 for reading group!

Join us for craft night at Tamarack! Making is an inherently political and revolutionary act. Craft is an inherently social and anti-capitalist practice. So let’s create some space to make and think and talk and be together!

Bring whatever you’re working on and let’s make stuff together, talk about what making means in the context of revolution and create some radical beauty together! We will share skills and learn from each other, work on our own projects or collaborative ones, and create in a variety of media. Feel free to bring just about anything to work on!

The only caveat is we can’t have anything smelly, toxic or particularly messy. Tamarack is a restaurant and will be open and serving food during our meeting time, and we definitely don’t want to expose each other to anything harmful. But, this means you can grab a snack or beverage to much or sip on while you work!

We will meet upstairs at Tamarack from 6:30 - 8:30 pm on the third Wednesday of the month.

If you have any questions at all, please let me know!
